Job Description

    Key Job Responsibilities:1. Responsible for leading a team of Area Managers and strategically plan sales targets and execute marketing and sales processes effectively in demography assigned to the candidate to realize companys vision. 2. Responsible for hyper growth of companys distribution network to a minimum of 50 distributors in the territory3. Responsible for doing surveys and market research on a continuous basis to understand the mindset of mechanics by occasionally traveling with his teams in different regions. 4. Drive Primary Sales through distributors and support them to grow5. Responsible for companys sales growth by capturing market share and move ahead of close competitors in the industry. 6. Responsible for taking regular review meetings of his teams and distributorsKey Result Areas:1. Independently manage aftermarket sales and create new avenues of channel sales 2. Build strong network/ channel by demonstrating great team leadership skills.3. Champion sales in west & south zones of India 4. Multiply sales for Luman as Regional Sale Manager by 2X every quarter5. Contribute significantly to overall growth and profitability of company Mandatory Skillsets:Pleasing personality, excellent communication skills (proficiency in Hindi, English and local language), proficient in using Word/Excel/PPT, analytical skills, presentation skills, understanding of data compilation and analysis, understanding of automation tools in marketing and sales in the industry, powerful trainer, a role model for his team, a professional with integrity and commitment, a great salesman who can sell anything easily, a good networker.Work location Bangalore/ Chennai/Hyderabad/kerala
