Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage the sales efforts for MedPrime microscopes in the South Region, focusing on hospitals, diagnostic centers, research institutes, and educational establishments.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including healthcare professionals, lab technicians, and institutional buyers.
    • Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations, highlighting the benefits and features of MedPrime microscopes.
    • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to continuously identify business opportunities.
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
    • Provide training and support to customers on product usage, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Manage and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team goals.
    Requirements:
    • A Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or a related field. Candidates with an MBA will be given preference.
    • At least 4 years of experience in sales within the medical device or scientific equipment industry, with a preference for experience in selling microscopes or diagnostic tools.
    • Demonstrated success in consistently achieving sales targets and driving market expansion within a B2B sales environment.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proven experience in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve collective goals and business growth.
    • Willingness to travel extensively within the South Region to meet clients and drive business development.
