Job Description

Key responsibilities:-
• Team Leadership:Leading and motivating a team of branch managers and sales representatives to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
• Business Development:Identifying new business opportunities within the cluster, developing and implementing sales strategies to expand customer base and market share.
• Performance Management:Monitoring sales performance, analyzing key metrics, and taking corrective actions to address any gaps.
• Operational Excellence:Ensuring smooth functioning of branches within the cluster, adhering to compliance guidelines and operational standards.
• Customer Relationship Management:Building strong relationships with key customers within the cluster, addressing customer concerns, and promoting customer retention.
• Market Analysis:Analyzing local market trends and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies.
• Reporting and Analysis:Regularly reporting on cluster performance to senior management, identifying areas for improvement.

• Strong Sales Acumen:Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a retail banking environment.
• Leadership Skills:Ability to motivate and manage a large team effectively.
