Job Description

    Job Title:Relationship Manager - Signature/ Insignia Preferred Banking,Position Purpose:To generate revenue by sourcing new-to-bank relationships from identified verticals and by cross-selling Wealth and Business Banking products to individuals and business owners.Key Responsibilities:Increase Liability and Investment AUM:Expand the Liability book and Investment AUM portfolio size through both deepening existing client relationships and acquiring new clients.Revenue Generation through Cross-Selling:Drive revenue growth by cross-selling Business Banking and Wealth products such as Trade Forex, Insurance, Investments, and Retail Assets.Acquire Potential Insignia Clients:Ensure the quality of client sourcing by targeting and acquiring potential Insignia clients.Client Acquisition & Management:Acquire and manage relationships with both individual (resident and NRI) and business clients.Product and Client Retention:Increase product by cross-selling multiple products to clients and reduce exit barriers.Portfolio Management:Perform regular portfolio allocations, reviews, and financial check-ups for each client as per defined frequencies.Collaboration with Product Specialists:Work closely with product specialists to provide tailored wealth management and business banking solutions, ensuring high client engagement.Client Experience Coordination:Coordinate with Client Experience Managers to ensure the delivery of superior service to clients.Compliance Adherence:Ensure strict adherence to compliance processes and guidelines to maintain high standards of operations.Improve Documentation Quality:Minimize rejection rates and improve the quality of documentation for clients.Total Client Ownership:Ensure comprehensive client engagement and manage a 360 view of the client relationship, ensuring Total Client Ownership.Qualifications:Education:Graduate degree (Bachelors or equivalent).Experience:Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Business Banking or Wealth Management.Experience in banks, NBFCs, or brokerage houses is required.Position Levels:Senior Relationship Manager:6 years of experience.Relationship Manager:3-6 years of experience.Key Skills & Competencies:Strong understanding of Business Banking and Wealth products (Forex, Insurance, Investments, Retail Assets).Proven ability to acquire and manage high-net-worth clients.Expertise in portfolio management and financial reviews.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship skills.Ability to work in coordination with cross-functional teams.Strong sales and negotiation skills with a focus on revenue generation.Working Conditions:Full-time, in-office role with potential for travel to client locations as required.How to Apply:Interested candidates can send their resume to [insert email/contact] for further processing
