• To attend all type of safety Incident/Accident.
• To prepare & Implemented Safety Policy & Objectives.
• To conduct safety committee meeting and MOM to be circulated to Concerned Dept.
• Implementation of Hazardous Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA)
• conducting daily work place inspection round & Capture Unsafe Act & Unsafe Condition.
• All Accident, Incident, near miss reported & investigated. Find the exact root cause with help of WHY-WHY Analysis Tech.
• Report of any safety related issues, given information to Plant Manager
• Carried out internal Safety Audit in plant premises & Prepare audit report for management reference.
• Statutory compliance with MPCB such as Stack Monitoring, Annual Return of Hazardous Waste, Environment Statement, Noise Monitoring, Air Monitoring. (Form 4- Annual Return, Form 5- Environment Statement, Form 10- Manifest Hazardous Waste)
• To conduct Tool box talk (TBT) for outside agency
• All Lifting Tools & Tackles, Pressure vessel Inspected by Competent Person, Maintain FORM 11 & 13)
• Developing SOPs for the job.
• Celebrate the National safety week Campaign with organizing various safety related competitions for the Employees.
• Operate ETP & Ensure all Parameter should be meet to MPCB consent.
• Keep Record of MSDS of Hazardous Solvent
• Compliance & Monitoring reports as per Factory Act 1948
• Implementation in LOTO ( Log out Tag out ) System.
• To Prepare safety documents and plan the safety for related process
• Prepare On site safety plan, Hazardous Study and give training to all person in company.
• To Procure safety products as and maintain record of the same.
• To Carry out case study of any incident and take corrective action on the same.
• To issue safety permit for work and carry out stage wise inspection,
• To get all necessary equipment tested by certifying body and maintain history of the equipment.
• To carry the inspection of fire extinguisher and give mock training to all staff.
• Testing and inspection of fire hydrant system.
• Workplace safety inspection.
• Emergency plan for combating accidents and other incidents.
• Identify unsafe act/unsafe conditions of shop floor and discus with respective HODs.
• Safety orientation to new employees
• Maintain Safety documentation as per the Monthly report
• Accident investigation & reporting.
