Job Description

• Handle banca channel sales through assigned bank branches.
• Build good relationship with Bank Branch Managers and bank staff.
• Generate leads from walk-in customers and existing bank customers.
• Promote life insurance products to bank customers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
• Conduct joint sales calls with bank employees.
• Explain insurance plans and financial products to customers.
• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable insurance policies.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
• Maintain daily sales reports and MIS updates.
• Train bank staff about insurance products and selling techniques.
• Ensure proper customer service before and after policy issuance.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy processing.
• Maintain persistency and renewal business.
• Ensure all sales activities follow IRDAI and company compliance rules.
• Increase branch productivity and business performance.
