This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:
    • Greet and assist customers who visit the dealership, providing information about vehicles, features, specifications, and financing options.
    • Establish rapport with potential buyers to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Conduct test drives to showcase the vehicles features and benefits.
    Sales Process and Deal Closure:
    • Guide customers through the sales process, explaining pricing, financing options, trade-in values, and warranties.
    • Present and negotiate sales offers, striving to secure deals that meet both customer and dealership objectives.
    • Follow up with potential customers and leads to convert inquiries into sales.
    Qualifications and Skills:
    • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
    • Previous experience in sales, particularly in the automotive industry, is preferred.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
