Job Description

Role SummaryWe are hiring an experienced SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting professional to design, build, and configure SAP financial applications that support complex business processes. This role requires deep functional expertise in SAP FI and SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting, along with the ability to act as a subject-matter expert, guide teams, and influence key project decisions.Key Responsibilities
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP FI S/4HANA and SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting implementations.
• Design, configure, and optimize SAP FI solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams (CO, MM, SD, ABAP, Data, and Integration teams).
• Own and contribute to key functional and architectural decisions.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Support SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting scenarios including real-time replication, reconciliation, and harmonization.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor junior team members.
Must-Have Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting concepts and configurations.
• Solid understanding of financial accounting principles (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting).
• Experience integrating SAP FI with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Ability to analyze business processes and recommend scalable SAP solutions.
• Full-time 15 years of education.
