Job Description

    Job Title: SAP SD ConsultantJob Overview:We are seeking a skilled SAP SD Consultant to join our team. The role involves understanding and configuring the SAP Sales and Distribution module to optimize business processes, enhance functionality, and improve customer experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP SD implementation, configuration, and support.Key Responsibilities:
    • SAP SD Configuration:
      • Configure SAP SD module for various business processes, including sales order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management.
      • Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and map them to SAP solutions.
    • Client Interaction:
      • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
      • Provide recommendations and best practices for the implementation and optimization of SAP SD processes.
    • Implementation & Support:
      • Lead or assist in the implementation of SAP SD solutions, including gathering business requirements, system configuration, testing, and go-live support.
      • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SAP SD processes.
    • Integration:
      • Work closely with other SAP modules like MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), and FI/CO (Finance and Controlling) to ensure seamless end-to-end integration.
    • Testing:
      • Design and execute system tests to ensure that SAP SD configurations meet business needs and requirements.
    • Documentation:
      • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, functional specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
    • Training and Knowledge Sharing:
      • Provide training to business users on SAP SD functionality.
      • Assist in the development of training materials and conduct user training sessions.
    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Experience:
      • Proven experience as an SAP SD Consultant, with hands-on experience in at least one full SAP SD implementation lifecycle.
      • Strong knowledge of SAP SD business processes (order-to-cash, pricing, billing, shipping, credit management).
    • Technical Skills:
      • Proficiency in SAP SD configuration.
      • Understanding of integration points with other modules like MM, FI/CO, and PP.
      • Experience with SAP tools like SAP Fiori, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP ECC is a plus.
    • Analytical Skills:
      • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze business processes and configure the system accordingly.
    • Communication:
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and business teams.
    • Education:
      • A bachelors degree in business, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
    Preferred Skills:
    • Knowledge of industry best practices in sales and distribution.
    • Experience in SAP S/4HANA SD.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
