Job Description

A Senior Advisor is a high level subject matter expert who bridges the gap between frontline execution and executive strategy. They provide strategic counsel, guide complex decision making, and mentor junior staff. core responsibilities vary by field, but broadly include.
• Strategic Planning.Working with leadership to align departmental goals with broader business or political objectives.
• Complex Problem Solving.Researching, analyzing, and resolving high level or escalated issues that impact operations or compliance.
• Mentorship & Leadership.Coaching junior advisors and line managers, sharing specialized knowledge, and overseeing case management.
• Stakeholder Relations.Managing critical internal and external relationships, such as client communications, negotiations, or public affairs.

• Executive Support: Assisting ministers or csuite executives by translating political strategic agendas into actionable civil or corporate directives.
