Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    • Conduct a minimum of 5-6 client visits per day to showcase our sensing equipment such as Pressure Instruments, Temperature Instruments, Level Instruments, HVAC/BMS Sensors, Air Quality Sensors, and Water Quality sensors and understand client needs.
    • Initiate and manage cold calling activities to generate leads. Cultivate relationships with potential clients and maintain regular communication.
    • Prepare and send accurate quotations to clients, addressing their specific requirements
    • Facilitate the smooth onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from initial contact to becoming a valued client.
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and maximize business opportunities
    • Regularly follow up with clients to understand their evolving needs.
    • Employ effective negotiation strategies to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
    • Close deals in a manner that aligns with Omicrons business goals and customer satisfaction.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
    • Proven experience in a field sales role, preferably within the sensing equipment industry.
    • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet ambitious sales targets.
    • Knowledge of technical aspects of sensing equipment is a plus.
