Job Description

Responsible for physical signoff of all activations (check all the mandatory fields are filled before sign-off)
Report any discrepancies on a daily basis to Zonal CS Lead, Partner and Circle Activation Lead. Oversee service provider staff.
Audit of Data Entry, Scanning & dispatch of the forms to Circle/Zonal Warehouse. KPI:
Ensure activation in accordancewith laid down regulatory guidelines.
Ensure smooth activation of customers within TAT Competencies
experience in service audit/compliance/back office operations - Strong process compliance mindset & ability to drive compliance
Proficient in excel and reports
