THIS IS A FULL TIME WORK FROM HOME OPPORTUNITY. WORKING HOURS ARE 9:15 AM TO 6:30 PM. FIXED SALARY PLUS INCENTIVES ARE APPLICABLE. WE HIRE FOR BFSI(BANKING, FINANCIAL SERVICES AND INSURANCE) CLIENTS. THE SALARY RANGE OF THE POSITIONS WE WORK ON IS 2.5 LACS TO 30 LACS.THE SALARY RANGE WE OFFER IS RS 10000 TO RS 25000 PER MONTH(DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE)Roles and ResponsibilitiesSource, screen, interview, shortlist, and post jobs across various platforms to attract top talent.Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new employees into the organization.Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes accordingly.
