Job Description

This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and manage delivery of one or more streams of T24 projects.
  • Clear understanding of the T24 design and architecture, product upgrades, configurations/parameters required for customizing the software to accommodate business requirements.
  • Clear and complete understanding of the SDLC lifecycle including data migration from legacy systems to T24.
  • To plan and schedule resources to the requirements of business for T24 projects
  • Ensure adherence of QMF process and vendor (Temenos) guidelines on T24 Programming standards and release methodology.
  • Implement best practices of T24 implementations to have a robust strategy for deploying service packs and core product patches from vendor. (Temenos)
  • Ensure quality deliverable with minimal or NIL delivered defects.
  • Ensure smooth transition to support from projects.
  • Create accurate effort estimates for larger and complex projects to ensure delivery within scheduled plan
  • Imbibe metrics culture to track progress, correct deviations and take preventive actions accordingly
  • Monitor, follows-up and review work progress, so as to ensure that delivery is on time, within budget and adheres to prescribed quality norms
  • Driving quality initiatives like introduction of automated tools for improving productivity, reducing human errors, etc
  • Resolve issues and perform comprehensive reviews at various stages of the project so as to identify and minimize deviations from schedule and quality.
  • Contributing towards product evolvement and knowledge management
  • Contributing to process improvement and ensure process compliance
  • Ensuring proper resource management such as recruitment, adequate training, career moulding
  • Allocate work to resources based on capability and availability so as to maintain optimal resource utilization
  • Track and monitor work so as to ensure delivery of team output in line with schedule and quality norms
  • Attract right talent and build in appropriate measures to retain them
  • Plan and track the resourcing needs for the entire project. Put a proper resource levelling in place to optimize productive/ billable utilization of resources
  • Key business and stakeholder engagement
  • Technically skilled and equipped to drive and support the technology challenges faced during various phases of the project across all projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • MCA or BE or B.Tech
