Job Description

    Job Title: Territory Manager Medical Devices Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in Medical Device / Healthcare Sales/PharmaJob SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales with at least 1 year of experience in medical device or healthcare product sales. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals while building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities
    • Promote and sell the companys medical devices and healthcare products to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare professionals.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing departments.
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
    • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training for healthcare professionals when required.
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
    • Prepare and submit sales reports, market feedback, and sales forecasts to management.
    • Coordinate with the service and technical team for installation and after-sales support.
    • Attend medical conferences, exhibitions, and seminars to promote products and generate leads.
    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or Commerce graduate with good experience in Sales
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in medical device / healthcare / pharmaceutical sales.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital management.
    • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
