Job Description

    Aegis is one of Indias largest private players in the LPG and energy infrastructure space, providing end-to-end solutions across industrial, commercial, domestic, and automotive segments. As part of our expanding domestic LPG business, we are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Territory Manager Packed Channel Sales to build our distribution network and increase cylinder sales in residential and commercial segments.Role Summary:The Territory Manager will be responsible for channel development, dealer/distributor onboarding, sales volume growth, and market share expansion in the assigned territory for packed (cylinder) LPG business.Key Responsibilities:Channel Sales & Dealer Management:
    • Appoint and onboard new Lpg distributors / dealers in the assigned territory
    • Monitor and drive monthly sales targets through channel partners
    • Ensure cylinder stock availability, supply chain coordination, and timely replenishment
    Business Development & Market Expansion:
    • Identify high-potential markets and create a roadmap for expanding dealer footprint
    • Promote domestic and commercial LPG cylinder usage in homes, small businesses, eateries, etc.
    Compliance & Safety:
    • Ensure dealers follow all statutory norms related to storage, handling, and distribution of LPG
    • Facilitate mandatory safety audits and awareness programs for end users
    Sales Support & Training:
    • Train dealers and their teams on product knowledge, customer service, and safe handling of LPG
    • Support branding and promotional initiatives at the dealer and consumer level
    Customer Service & Retention:
    • Address consumer grievances escalated through channel partners
    • Monitor customer satisfaction and support service-level improvements
