Job Title: Test ArchitectLocation: Kolkata, ChennaiExperience Required: 12 - 16 yearsJob Description:We are seeking an experienced Test Architect to lead and manage application testing teams, with a focus on automation and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing, including experience with Selenium, UFT, JavaScript, Protractor, and Playwright, along with proven expertise in managing large, cross-functional teams and handling multiple projects simultaneously.Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership: Lead and mentor dynamic application testing teams, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Agile Management: Oversee and manage Agile teams, coordinating between onsite and offshore teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
• Cross-Vendor Coordination: Manage multi-vendor testing initiatives and integrations, ensuring proper alignment and collaboration.
• Automation Implementation: Drive the implementation of automation testing frameworks using tools such as Selenium, UFT, Protractor, and Playwright.
• Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery while interacting with various stakeholders.
• Best Practices & Tools: Implement core management methods, tools, and best practices to improve test planning, execution, and reporting processes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with different stakeholders, ensuring that testing requirements are met and issues are addressed promptly.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Test Architecture: Extensive experience in designing and implementing testing strategies for complex applications.
• Automation Expertise: Proficiency in automation testing tools like Selenium, UFT, Protractor, and Playwright.
• Agile Methodologies: Strong experience in leading Agile teams, with a proven track record in managing both onsite and offshore teams effectively.
• Multi-Project Handling: Ability to manage multiple testing projects simultaneously, ensuring successful outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on building high-performance teams and fostering collaboration.
• Tools & Practices: Knowledge of core management tools and best practices for test planning and execution.
Desirable Skills:
• Experience with other automation testing frameworks or tools.
• Background in managing multi-vendor integration testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and DevOps practices in testing.
