Roles and responsibilities Location: Bangalore, Pune, chennaiJoining date: ImmediateExperience: 2 years in deploying O365 solutions, especially E3 plans in completeNo. of projects completed by himself/ herself: At least 5 independently with E3 stack Responsibilities: Understand customer environments and devise an appropriate plan for migration to O365 from Kiosk to SPE3 stack Be able to architect a solution with appropriate documentation experience of the deployed components Will need to work with Pre- Sales teams to understand how the solution was sold and the key pain areas of the customer so that an appropriate solution may be derived Will need to understand and deploy SharePoint based solutions (no development, but only implementation) Must be willing to travel out of Blr on short notice for deployments at customer sites O365 certification is a plus and those candidates with a certification will be given preference Alliance is a leader in OEM product sales ranging from Microsoft to Symantec, Trend and many other market leaders. To ensure that its customers have the best experience using the O365 stack of products, Alliance is looking for a smart, well articulate individual who understand the deployment aspects of the O365 stack all the way from the Kiosk plans to the SPE5 stack. This individual will be an individual contributor and should be able to independently handle a customer deployment on his/ her own. The crucial aspect in O365 deployment is that every customer s needs are slightly different and issues that are also different between customers will frequently crop up. Hence the ability to think on the feet and come up with smart and workable solutions for a smooth deployment will be critical. Documenting what has been implemented is also vital and this person will need to not just understand how to document the solution, but also ensure that every solution is being clearly outlined in well- formed English. ,
