Hi,Position: Technical Support Engineer (Service Engineer)Industry: AutomationLocation: Ahmedabad, Chennai, GurgaonExperience: 0-1 Year (Minimum)Salary Package: 4.5-5 LPAQualification: B.E/B.TechAge: 23-30Gender: Male CandidatesPayroll: Third-Party PayrollWeekly Off: TuesdayLanguages: English, HindiJob Responsibilities:Field Visits: Provide customer support by visiting client sites for equipment installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance (Vision Systems, Laser Marking). If no field request, attend support calls from the office.On-call Support: Handle technical support calls at the office or from home if no field visits are required.PLC Programming: Minimum 1 year of experience in PLC programming, preferably working with OEM Engineers.Saturday & Sunday: Available for technical support visits. If no requests, work from home managing support calls.Public Holidays & Overtime: Eligible for overtime or comp off when working on public holidays or late-night support (after 10:00 PM).Reimbursements:Outstation Travel: Overnight allowance of 750 per night.Own Vehicle Use:Two-wheeler: Actual fuel cost reimbursement.Car: 13 per km.Other Expenses: Reimbursement for actual taxi, hotel, and flight fare costs.Insurance & Benefits:Group Accident Insurance: 10 Lakhs coverage.Medical Insurance: Coverage of 3 Lakhs per annum for the employee, spouse, and kids (applicable after 6 months of joining).Leave Encashment: Unused leaves can be encashed.Working Days:Wednesday to Monday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.Weekly Off: Every Tuesday.Office Days: Attend office on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday unless theres a tech support visit.Leaves:Earned Leave: 12 days per year.Casual Leave: 12 days per year.Sick Leave: 12 days per year.Holiday & Midnight Working:Public Holidays: Eligible for overtime allowance or compensatory off.Midnight Support: If working between 10:00 PM and 2:00 AM, the next days first half will be considered a comp off.Contact Information: Email: stemford.recruiter5@gmail.comPhone: hidden_mobile
