    Dear Candidate,Greetings from JS Recruitment!*Direct Walk-in Company*Direct Interview in Company*We have urgent opening for Quality Analyst / Quality Auditor / Quality Executive / QAin Noida & Delhi.Candidate should be Graduate and have minimum 6 months Experience in BPO as a Quality Analyst/Quality Auditor/Quality Executive/QA with Backend/outbound/Inbound Process.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-Audit Calls (Live, Recorded & Remote) and score them on defined TemplateDocument the Calls Audited in the defined TemplateShould complete the Call Audit Targets within timelinesShare Feedback with the Agents on timely basis and ensure corrective actions are takenSend Reports to all stakeholders on regular basisConduct regular Training sessions with the Team based on the errors identified from call AuditsConduct & Attend weekly Call Calibration session with all StakeholdersMotivated to take additional Responsibilities as assignedIdentify and Bridge Process GapsDesired Candidate:- 1. Candidates should have minimum 1-6 years of experience as a QA in BPO. 2. Should have exposure to BPO/ Call Centre environment, and understand Quality Audit process of Voice and Non-voice process. 3. Excellent Communication. 4.
