With offices in the Brazil, China, Indonesia, Japan, south Korea, Vietnam and IndiaWorking Location:Chennai- Kovilmbakkam (Work from office)Role: Domestic or International Voice Process (both available)Experience: Fresher to 3 YearsIts 5 days working and rotational shifts*For night shift cab facilities will be provided100% Vendor coordination (Calls and emails handling), no travelling, no targetLanguage command: Strong English plus (Any of Domestic language like Kannada/ Tamil/ Telugu/ Malayalam / Hindi)Key Responsibilities: Customer Servicing, Customer Support, Bpo exp, Outbound Queries Handling of our end international client (Indian/ Us /Uk /European/North American etc)Responsibilities:Should be comfortable to handle outbound callsCoordinating with the concerned teams to maintain the timelines.Converting our existing user base into leads.Providing resolutions to the customer for their issues using multiple tools.Memorized all company products and services to be able to answer customer questions quickly and efficiently and increase upsells.Answered customer complaints with quick solutions, ensuring customer satisfactionAdept in interfacing with clients for understanding their requirements & suggesting the most viable solution and cultivating relations with them for customer retentionSkills:Fresher or any exp into voice process/ Client ServicingStrong Language command with English plus (any of Kannad/ Tamil/ Telugu/ Malayalam / Hindi)Good Communication SkillsInterested candidates kindly reach on:hidden_emailhidden_mobile
