Job Description

Medical Coding is the process of converting medical documentation into standardized numeric or alphanumeric codes using ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems. This ensures accurate billing, efficient healthcare management, and compliance with HIPAA regulations.Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and review patient medical records to assign accurate codes for diagnoses and procedures.
• Interpret and apply medical terminologies, anatomy, and physiology knowledge to ensure proper coding.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to validate and clarify medical information.
• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines, regulations, and documentation standards.
• Maintain coding accuracy to support healthcare billing and reimbursement processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Educational Qualification: BSc in Life Sciences, Physician Assistant, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, and Medical Terminology.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome; CPC certification is a plus.
• Age: Below 29 years.
