Job Description

    A warehouse supervisormanages the day-to-day operations of a warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping orders.They also ensure that the warehouse is clean, safe, and efficient.
    • Inventory:Receive, store, and track inventory, and ensure its in the correct location
    • Shipping and receiving:Oversee the receiving and dispatching of shipments
    • Customer service:Respond to customer questions and resolve issues
    • Safety:Ensure that employees follow safety procedures and that the warehouse is clean
    • Team management:Hire, train, and supervise warehouse employees
    • Process improvement:Review and improve warehouse processes and procedures
    • Equipment:Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
    • Budget:Monitor expenditures and implement corrective actions
