The ideal candidate will provide customized financial and investment solutions, helping clients achieve their long-term financial goals while driving business growth through acquisition and portfolio expansion.Key Responsibilities
    • Acquire and onboard new HNI and affluent clients through referrals, networking, and business development activities.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their financial goals and risk appetite.
    • Provide comprehensive wealth management solutions, including:
      • Mutual Funds
      • Portfolio Management Services (PMS)
      • Alternative Investment Funds (AIF)
      • Fixed Income Products
      • Bonds
      • Insurance
      • Structured Products
      • Equity and Advisory Services
    • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and recommend suitable investment strategies.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and timely service.
    • Achieve assigned revenue, AUM (Assets Under Management), and cross-selling targets.
    • Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and investment opportunities.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and risk management standards.
    • Collaborate with product specialists and internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
    • MBA, CFP, CFA, NISM certifications, or equivalent qualifications are preferred.
    • 38 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment Advisory, or Relationship Management.
    Required Skills
    • Strong understanding of investment products and financial markets.
    • Excellent relationship management and consultative selling skills.
    • Strong analytical and financial planning capabilities.
    • Effective communication and presentation skills.
    • Proven ability to acquire and manage HNI/UHNI clients.
    • Target-oriented with strong business development skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
