Job Title: Workday HCM ConsultantExperience: 3-6 YearsLocation: Remote (Work from Home)About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workday HCM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) modules and a strong understanding of HR processes and systems. This role requires expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday HCM solutions, with a focus on driving efficiency and improving HR operations.Key Responsibilities:
• Implement, configure, and maintain Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent Management, and Performance.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand business requirements and provide Workday HCM solutions.
• Conduct functional analysis, configure business processes, and ensure system readiness to support HR functions.
• Support end-users by troubleshooting issues, resolving queries, and providing training as needed.
• Develop and execute test scenarios, including end-to-end, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Prepare and maintain system documentation, including configuration guides, test plans, and release notes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of Workday HCM experience, including hands-on configuration and implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM modules and functionalities.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
• Certification in Workday HCM (preferred but not mandatory).
