                  *Canara hsbc Life insurance co,ltd*           Designation-Field Relationship Manager                                          ctc- upto 5 lpajob role-The primary goal of the role is to identify and maximize opportunities to sell insurance products to existing customers of Canara HSBC Life Insurance (CHL) and its bank distribution partners. The role focuses on driving sustainable revenue growth by cross selling a variety of life insurance plans (such as ULIP, Non-par Guaranteed plan, Annuity etc.) to clients who have an existing relationship with CHL, while also expanding outreach to external customer segments of the bank partners No of branches aligned : 25 branches per FLS (some variation might happen depending on the zone & clustering) No of customer leads expected : Approximately 50 – 60 leads per FLS per month; additional leads can be provided basis the capacity & consumption trends Expected modus to work : Primarily face to face meetings; virtual connectivity expected with certain customers basis distance. Candidate will also be required to visit Canara bank branches basis requirements Conveyance and Mobile reimbursement : As per current grid, for the pilot hiring the as-is amount will be paid but not linked with performance
