Plant Head - Automobile ManufacturingJob description Lean manufacturing experience, Well versed in standard manufacturing processes and procedures. Strong team building, decision making and people management skills, Computer literacy, MS excel, ERP, SAP, MRP. Standard equipment and technical know-how, Sustainable and fair practices Managerial experience and technical expertise, Should have knowledge in international working style, quality and packing standards. Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customersexpectations Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs andmaintaining current quality standards Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense ofdirection and focus Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff Collect and analyse data to find places of waste or overtime Engage and promote reverse engineering and cost saving practises Commit to plant safety procedures Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metricsand performance targets to ensure effective return on assets Address employees issues or grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements Influence people to be more productive and work more efficiently Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts Consistent and health Co-ordinating and communicating between departments. Bring a good healthy environment and growth-oriented work culture. Manage exchange of goods and services between countries for international customer sbase. Work in accordance of international standards of quality, production, packaging andshipping. Manage labour charge and sub-contracting vendors.Interested candidates can share their CV at recruiter.sahyog@gmail dot com
