Job Title :SALES MANAGERPosition Overview:We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager for our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales strategies and close deals. As a Sales Manager, you will oversee a sales team, develop strategies, and ensure successful property sales.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote and sell properties.Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet targets.Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service.Lead Generation & Conversion: Drive lead generation and convert leads into sales.Site Visits & Presentations: Organize property tours and highlight project benefits.Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and provide insights for strategy adjustments.Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare sales reports and performance metrics for management.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and development teams for promotions and project updates.Negotiation & Closing: Handle negotiations, legal documentation, and deal closings.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.1 to 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in real estate.Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.Ability to meet sales targets and handle a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in large-scale real estate projects.Knowledge of real estate regulations and documentation.Location: Chennai, Coimbatore, Tiruvallur Kanchipuram and Coonoor (any place who are willing to relocate)Salary: 24,000 to 35,000 performance-based incentives.
