Client Engagement: Understand client needs to align solutions with business goals.
Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of engineers to drive project success.
Solution Design: Architect innovative solutions integrating AI and analytics.
Hands-On Contribution: Actively develop and implement solutions.
Project Oversight: Ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of production solutions.
Analytical Problem-Solving: Use creative approaches to tackle complex challenges.
Effective Communication: Provide clear updates and address stakeholder concerns.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on trends to enhance processes and solutions.

Requirements

7 years of experience (3 in application integration, 3 in software development).
Expertise in Azure iPaaS (Service Bus, Logic Apps, Data Factory); AWS iPaaS is a plus.
Proficiency in Python, C/C , Java, and integration technologies (Kafka).
Hands-on experience with cloud providers (Azure, AWS).
Excellent communication skills.
Preferably B.Tech from a Tier-1 college, M.S., or M.Tech.
