Job Summary:r r The Quality Technician is responsible for performing a wide variety of assignments in label copy control, sample management, documentation review, and other quality department functions.r r Quality Technician Essential Duties and Responsibilities:r r Z Makes detailed observations, analyze data, and interpret results.r r Z Maintains department equipment and inventory levels for controlled materials.r r Z Owns monthly inventory cycle count initiation and variance follow up.r r Z Interacts with manufacturing and supervision on a daily basis to address quality process or batch related concerns.r r Z Performs process compliance audits of all manufacturing areas to ensure quality of product/process is achieved.r r Z Performs in process and/or final review of batch and/or critical systems documentation and determines acceptability by using standard operating procedures. Ensures presence and acceptability of all required documentation prior to the release of the product and/or system.r r Z Enters data into the Batch Release System. Generates reports from Trackwise 8.r r Z Performs product functional testing in support of equipment validations.r r Z Identifies process improvements and escalates to Line Operations Supervision.r r Z Provides on the job training to new MQA Technicians.Education: Any GraduateIndustry: Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical/Medicine
