The team holds a wide variety of different skills that aid them in supporting our enterprise Windows and Virtualization environment in house and for our clients when needed.What you will be doingAdministration of Windows 2003 / 2008 / 2012 / 2016 and 2019 Servers.Complete management of ESX 5.0 / 5.1 / 5.5 / 6.0 and 6.5 Servers.Analyzing and debugging System logs / Memory Dumps / Cluster logs.Integral part of Incident Response, Change, Problem and Service request management activities.Act as a Vendor and application development group escalation point.Create, remove, and expand file systems and volumes on OS and virtualization level.Provide SAN switch / director monitoring, configuration, and support.Work with senior peers to develop Incident and change management procedures.Creation and maintenance of SOPs.Providing assistance with system solution design.You will be required to work rotating 24x7 on-call support responsibility as well as weekend support.Work location: Chennai or Bangalore or PuneYou will perform other related duties assigned as needed.What you bring:8 to 12 years of experience with Windows/VMwares products (VMware ESX 5.5, 6.0 and 6.5 vCenter,) within modern IT production data center and infrastructure environments.Advanced working knowledge and experience with Windows and Virtualization (L3 support).Cisco fabric infrastructures, and replication technologies for data recovery experience.Troubleshooting experience on Windows and Cloud platform.Familiar/aware of ITIL procedures.Education: Any graduatesGood communication and client handling skillsAdded bonus if you have:Nice to have Windows/Vmware relevant certificationKnowledge of data storage protocols including CIFS, FC, FCoE, iSCSI, and NFS a plus.Backup, Network and Storage design and implementation.Experience with UCS, Nutanix and Dell Compellent.Knowledge of cloud technologies.Project, development, and end-user support.Knowledge of FIS products and services.Knowledge of financial services industry.Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization.What we offer you:An exciting opportunity be a part of Worlds Leading FinTech Product MNCTo be a part of vibrant team and to build up a career on Remote Infrastructure Management space.Competitive salary and attractive benefits including GHMI/ Hospitalization coverage for employee and direct dependentsA multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunitiesA broad range of professional education and personal development possibilities FIS is your final career step!A broad range of professional education and personal development opportunitiesTime to support charities and give back in your communityValuable internal opportunities to showcase your talent on Fine Arts/Sports/Fitness etcWith a 50-year history rooted in the financial services industry, FIS is the worlds largest global provider dedicated to financial technology solutions.
