Job Description

What Youll DoYou will shape our learning strategy and collaborate on designing, developing and implementing solutions.In this role, you will enable colleagues to develop mindsets, knowledge and capabilities related to the topic and/or skill areas you lead. You will identify impact metrics to track success and regularly curate our content to ensure its up to date and effective. You will develop a thorough understanding of the topic and/or skill including key frameworks and needs, and challenges of various populations. You will represent the topic/skill in internal learning conversations but also leverage subject matter experts (SMEs) outside of McKinsey Learning. In addition, you will often collaborate with topic/skill owners to align on a common approach. You will curate and identify engagement strategies for content on your topic/skill, often collaborating with Learning Journey managers.At times, you will create new learning solutions including virtual, blended learning, in-person, digital and on-the-job learning and apprenticeship. You will work with senior firm leaders to create the strategy for the overall solution and lead the change management required for effective implementation. You will collaborate closely with the learning design team to curate content and, where necessary, generate distinctive content core frameworks and concepts, ideas from inside and outside the firm, etc.You will monitor and ensure the impact of the strategy and executional effectiveness. You will routinely examine engagement with content in all forms and collaborate with a wide network of colleagues to ensure we meet appropriate learning goals.You will foster professional development and growth for yourself and others e.g., coaching and mentoring, expanding our knowledge, reputation and capabilities. You will deepen your expertise in learning especially leadership development and innovative ways to engage learners in our current remote/hybrid context.,
