Team Manager - Battery Pack AssemblyDate: 12 May 2025Location: Chittoor, AP, INCompany: Hero MotocorpFunction: Plant OperationsPay Band: E4 to M2RoleAs the Team Manager - Battery Pack Assembly you will be part of the Operations and will report to the Section Head - Battery Pack Assembly. The purpose of your role will be to be responsible for Battery Pack Manufacturing at HE6T as per desired production volume through monitoring workflow and optimal planning of equipment, raw material, consumables, and manpower by ensuring safety guidelines adherence for the Battery manufacturing setup.A Purpose Driven Role for YouYour key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Production of Battery Pack as per Production Plan
2. Monthly variance monitoring of the targets
3. Regular update on equipment and consumables
4. Create and update Operating procedures and maintain best operating procedure
5. Maintain product and process Quality

A Day in the LifeAs a Team Manager - Battery Pack Assembly, you will be responsible for production-related activities of battery pack assembly.Academic Qualification & ExperienceBE/B.Tech (Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical engineering) with 5-9 Years experience in Li-Ion Batteries production.Technical Skills/Knowledge

1. Supervision, Coaching, Managing Processes, Process Improvement, Tracking Budget Expenses, Production Planning, Controls and Instrumentation
2. Know-how of electro-chemical processes
3. Strategic Planning, Dealing with Complexity
4. Financial Planning and Strategy, Automotive Manufacturing
