Job Description

    Job Overview:EqualizeRCM India is looking to hire a Assistant Manager - Compensation and Benefits for overseeing and administering the compensation, benefits, and rewards for our employees. You should be able to assess our companys personnel needs for drafting targeted programs which increase employees performance, satisfaction, and organizational trust. As a Assistant Manager - Compensation and Benefits, you shall devise a comp & ben structure that will allow us to attract, retain, and motivate employees and enhance the companys profile as an ideal place to work.     • End-to-end planning and execution of compensation and benefits programs for our India operations
    • Perform salary benchmarking and compensation survey, identifying appropriate sources and coordinating with them
    • Maintain our comprehensive and extensive salary banding framework, and update it as market conditions and company strategies change
    • Propose/recommend annual salary increases and promotion hikes based on this framework, ensuring pay-parity is maintained within the peer group.
    • Assist the Talent Acquisition team in proposing/recommending appropriate salaries for new hires who are beyond our standard band.
    • Participate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits at competitor companies, and build our internal ERCM-IN salary band for various levels and functional groups.
    • Drive a consistent approach of implementing ERCMs Pay for Performance philosophy to ensure performers are suitably rewarded and compensated
    • Defining equitable, competitive and fair compensation and benefits packages that fit and are also in accordance with our business goals and strategies
    • Developing consistent compensation policies in accordance with our organizational objectives and work culture
    • Ensuring all compensation practices comply with current legislations (e.g. human rights, pay, etc.)
    • Conducting ongoing research about emerging trends as well as best practices in performance, compensation and benefits management
    • Using various techniques and methods for making decisions on direct and indirect financial as well as non-financial benefits
    • Collaborate with functional heads to determine salary hikes, adjustments etc for their group members, within the overall philosophy
    • Be confident and daring to escalate matters as and when required.
    Basic Qualifications:
    • Bachelors Degree in any discipline is a must
    • MBA or PGDM (preferred HR and Systems, and 2-year full-time program) is preferred or compensated with 2 years of equivalent work experience.
    • 5 years of work experience (7 years preferred).
    Key Skills:
    • Experience with any HRIS
    • High level of Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Ability to use formulae, cross-references etc.
    • Sound knowledge of compensation cycle management and related HR practices
    • Experience with job analysis and job evaluation systems
    • Familiarity with current labour rules/regulations
    • Familiarity with different kinds of benefits, payroll and incentives
    • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
    • Strong numerical and quantitative analysis skills
    • Good understanding of HR policies, procedures and practices, employment law legislative compliance and requirement
    • Strong verbal as well as non-verbal English communication skills
