Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Cuisine Chef to join our culinary team in Ayodhya. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing authentic Indian dishes, with the ability to maintain high standards of hygiene, taste, and presentation. You will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, team supervision, and kitchen operations.Role & responsibilities
    • Prepare and present a variety of Indian dishes (North & South Indian preferred)
    • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality and consistency
    • Plan menus, manage kitchen inventory, and control food costs
    • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen
    • Train and supervise kitchen staff
    • Innovate with traditional recipes and create seasonal offerings
    Preferred candidate profile
    • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Indian cuisine chef
    • Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts
    • Strong knowledge of Indian spices, cooking techniques, and regional variations
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
    • Team player with leadership and organizational skills
