We are hiring for Software sales, Location : Bangalore & CoimbatoreDesignation: SalesGrade Level: Asst. Manager/ManagerDepartment: Software SalesLanguage Preferred: English & Tamil, Hindi, KannadaEducation: M.B.AExperience: 3 years of ON FIELD SALESDuties & Responsibilities:- Responsible for prospecting for new business within specific territories, especially for Chit Fund and NBFC Companies- Market research for identifying new client, lead generation & converting the lead into a prospect- Manage, nurture, and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.- Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity to generate lead opportunities.- Maximizing lead generation by initiating and creating touch-base to develop high-level relationships by cold calling to potential clients- Generation of new sales leads via Direct customer engagement.- Able to show the product demos- Requirement gathering, Analyzing, Negotiation and deal closure- Should be willing to travel to other locations- Attending Client calls and presenting Company Products and services for smooth coordinationOptional :- Drafting RFP/ RFQs.- Working closely with Delivery Team- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements- Identifying gaps in Products/Services and gathering a client requirement- Expand the relationships with existing customers/Clients by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives- Responding to complaints from clients and providing after-sales support as requested.- Review clients orders and plan and coordinate delivery activitiesCompetencies :Functional Competencies:- Lead Generation- Presentation & Demo Skills- Requirement Collection & Analysis- Handling Entire sales(Pre & Post)- Maintaining relationships with clients- Identifying new opportunities- Managing Team- Client handlingBehavioral Competencies :- Good in communication in Tamil, English, Hindi- Good in market research- Good in cold calling- Excellent in client managementIf anyone is interested please share the CV (ref:updazz.com) updazz .com
