Job Description

    Job Title: Network AnalystExperience : 0 to 3 yearsJob Summary:The Network Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting an organizations network infrastructure. This role ensures optimal network performance, security, and availability for users across the organization.Key Responsibilities:
    • Monitor and maintain network systems including LAN, WAN, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
    • Troubleshoot network performance issues and ensure high availability and reliability.
    • Configure, install, and upgrade network hardware and software.
    • Perform regular network performance tests and security audits.
    • Analyze network traffic and usage to identify potential improvements.
    • Assist in designing and implementing network solutions based on organizational needs.
    • Maintain documentation of network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
    • Collaborate with IT teams to support infrastructure upgrades and cybersecurity initiatives.
    • Respond to network outages and provide technical support to end-users.
    • Ensure compliance with data protection and security standards.
    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Network Analyst, Network Engineer, or similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
    • Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark, Nagios).
    • Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.).
    • Understanding of VPNs, VLANs, and cloud networking.
    • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and documentation abilities.
