The role involves developing strong relationships with dealers and distributors, driving sales volumes, executing brand presence at the dealer level, and achieving assigned sales targets. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in building materials, laminates, plywood, ACP, hardware, or interior product categories, and will be responsible for expanding the companys footprint within assigned territories.Key Responsibilities:Channel Sales & Dealer Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and influencers within the assigned geography.Visit dealer/distributor outlets regularly to understand market demand, provide product knowledge, and ensure order generation.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through the dealer network.Business Development:Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors in untapped or underperforming regions.Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.Participate in local exhibitions, site visits, and product demos to build brand awareness.Order Management & Coordination:Ensure timely order booking and coordination with internal teams (warehouse/logistics/accounts) for smooth delivery and invoicing.Track dispatch status and resolve any issues related to deliveries or payments with channel partners.Branding & Visibility:Monitor and improve in-shop branding, display, and product placement at dealer locations.Support the execution of trade marketing activities, dealer meets, and promotional campaigns.Distribute product brochures, samples, and branding material to all channel partners.Reporting & Documentation:Maintain accurate sales data, dealer visit reports, market feedback, and competitor insights.Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to the reporting manager using predefined formats.Follow up for payments, outstanding collections, and credit limits with the support of the accounts team.Eligibility & Requirements:Education:Graduate in any stream (Commerce, Marketing, or Business preferred).Experience:2 to 5 years of field sales experience in channel/dealer/distributor management.Industry preference: Plywood, Laminates, ACP, Hardware, Sanitaryware, Paints, Construction Materials, or Interior Decor Products.Skills & Competencies:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi, English, and local language.Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated and target-driven with a go-getter attitude.Proficient in MS Excel, WhatsApp business tools, and basic CRM tools.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.Work Conditions:Location: Based in any metro or Tier 1/2 city as per company requirement.Travel: Extensive within the assigned region/state.Reporting To: Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales ManagerWhat We Offer:Attractive fixed CTC with performance-based incentives and travel allowances.Opportunity to grow within a fast-scaling brand in the building materials segment.Supportive work environment with on-the-ground and back-office coordination.Exposure to industry leaders, modern products, and market-driven sales approach.THE PERSON SHOULD BE WILLING TO JOIN IN 10-15 DAYS TIME OR IMMEDIATLY JOINER.Request for interested candidates; Please share your updated resume with us below Email-ID hidden_email, also candidate can call or WhatsAppus athidden_mobile.Current /Last Net in Hand - Salary will be offered based on the interview /Technical evaluation process-- Notice Period & LWD was/will be - Reason for Changing the job - Total Years of Experience in Specific Field -Please specify the location which you are from -Do you hold any offer from any other associationRegards,Monalisa Group of Serviceshidden_mobile
