Dear CandidateGreetings from Core2Code Healthcare A medical coder translates patient information from medical records into standardized codes for billing, insurance reimbursement and data analysis.Responsibilities:Review medical records and accurately assign CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes. Ensure coding is compliant with medical policies and guidelines. Maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity. Communicate with healthcare providers for coding clarifications when needed.
