Job Description

    We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive SME and Machinery Loan business through field sales, relationship building, and financial assessment of clients. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth loan processing and post-disbursement follow-ups.This role requires strong knowledge of SME / Business Loans / Machinery Finance, field sales experience, and the ability to handle client acquisition as well as documentation processes.Business Development
    • Identify and acquire new SME clients requiring machinery or business loans.
    • Develop business through direct client meetings, referrals, and networking.
    • Build relationships with CAs, DSAs, dealers, and channel partners for business sourcing.
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly loan disbursement targets.
    Client Handling
    • Understand client financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
    • Conduct client meetings and site visits as part of the loan evaluation process.
    Financial Analysis & Documentation
    • Analyze client financial statements, bank statements, and creditworthiness.
    • Collect and verify KYC documents, BIR, and other required loan documentation.
    • Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams for loan approvals.
    Compliance & Process Management
    • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance.
    • Maintain accurate records of applications, approvals, and disbursements.
    • Follow internal credit and risk management procedures.
    Post-Disbursement & Collections
    • Monitor loan accounts post disbursement.
    • Conduct collection follow-ups and EMI tracking.
    • Resolve client issues and ensure smooth servicing of loan accounts.
    Education
    • Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Finance or equivalent.
    Experience
    • 3 6 years experience in SME Loans / Machinery Loans / Business Loans.
    • Experience in field sales within NBFCs, banks, or financial institutions preferred.
    Skills Required
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
    • Good understanding of SME finance and credit assessment.
    • Ability to analyze financial documents and business profiles.
    • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
    • Comfortable with field sales and client visits.
