Job Description

• Lead Generation & Sourcing: Identify prospective home buyers and generate leads through direct sales, cold calling, field visits, and local marketing.
• Partner Networking: Build and manage a network of builders, real estate agents, and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to secure steady referrals.
• Customer Advisory: Understand clients financial profiles, advise on suitable loan options, and explain interest rates, EMI structures, and terms.
• Loan Processing: Guide applicants through the documentation, conduct preliminary credit and eligibility checks, and coordinate with legal and credit teams for smooth disbursal.
• Cross-Selling: Promote supplementary financial products like home insurance, life insurance, or top-up loans.
• Portfolio Management: Ensure repayment discipline, conduct loan utilization checks, and assist with soft-bucket collections if EMIs bounce.
