Your role is to understand their needs, build trust, and guide them through the enrollment journey using a consultative approach.Key Responsibilities
    • Engage with 6570 qualified leads daily via calls and video sessions
    • Manage the complete sales cycle from first interaction to final conversion
    • Conduct personalized counseling sessions and effectively handle objections
    • Consistently achieve and exceed weekly revenue targets
    • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers
    • Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and performance
