• We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Trade Promotion Management (TPM) Consultant to join our growing Salesforce team.
• In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing TPM solutions within the Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, helping clients manage trade spend, improve promotion effectiveness, and drive ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead or support the implementation of Salesforce TPM solutions for clients in the Consumer Goods industry.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional TPM configurations.
• Design and configure TPM components including promotion planning, fund management, claims, and settlements.
• Integrate TPM with other Salesforce modules (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Components can be a significant advantage.
• Provide training, documentation, and post-go-live support to end users.
• Analyse trade promotion performance and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and TPM best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, flows, and custom objects.
