• Engage with customers in the showroom to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct sales activities including inside sales, telesales, and counter sales to maximize revenue.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Assist in the management of showroom operations, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• 0 to 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in retail or showroom environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Familiarity with BPO, inside sales, telesales, and retail operations is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Flexibility to work during day shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
• A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
