Job Description:Medical Coding involves converting verbal descriptions of diseases, injuries, and procedures into numeric or alphanumeric codes using ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS standards. As per HIPAA regulations, healthcare providers require skilled Medical Coders to maintain accurate and efficient documentation.Requirements:
• Educational Background:Eligibility for Diploma, UG, PG candidates from Life Sciences and Paramedical streams, including:
  • Zoology, Botany, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical Science
  • BDS, BPT, BHMS, BAMS, BSMS, Nursing, Pharmacy
  • Clinical Nutrition, Medical Sociology, Epidemiology, Molecular Virology
  • Radiology & Imaging Technology, Anesthesia Technology, Medical Lab Technician
  • Specialized degrees (e.g., Cardiac Technology, Respiratory Therapy, Dialysis Technology, Optometry, etc.)
• Skill Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Age: Below 29 years
Salary:
• Freshers: 13,000 18,000 per month
• Experienced: Up to 50,000 per month
• Fixed salary hike of 4,000 after 6 months
• Performance-based increments every 6 months (2,000 4,000)
