The Managed Services Consultant will provide adequate customer service for all internal and external customers by using knowledge of company products and programs. This is a full-time, exempt position.What Youll Do

• Support the Project Manager with activities through Start-up
• Be the primary point of contact through Maintenance and Closeout of a project
• Perform skilled duties such as creating, reviewing, coordinating, and managing a variety of deliverables for assigned projects
• Facilitate and troubleshoot the myriad issues associated with managing the delivery of complex systems and projects
• Respond to inquiries about projects
• Lead various project status and review meetings

Requirements

• Two year degree or equivalent experience
• One years of experience in a customer support role
• One years of experience in a regulated industry
• One years of RTSM/IRT experience
• Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
