Position: Area Sales Officer (OTC/FMCG)Location: Angul, Cuttack, Brahmapur, Tamluk, Medinipur, Howrah, Malda, South 24 PGS, BarasatEmployment Type: Full-timeSalary: 3 LPA (In-hand 15,000 to 20,000 per month)Benefits: PF, Insurance, and other perksAge: 30 to 35 years (Male)Experience: 6 months to 7 years (OTC Brands or FMCG Industry)Education: GraduateJob Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory by promoting and selling products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and stockists.
• Conduct regular market visits to ensure product visibility and proper placement.
• Identify new business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Execute promotional activities, product demonstrations, and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to management.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from distributors and retailers.
• Provide regular sales reports and market trend updates.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 months to 7 years of sales experience in OTC brands or FMCG industries.
• Strong knowledge of the local market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
• Ability to work independently.
