Urgent Opening of Credit Manager for Balasore ( Orissa ) Location with Leading Banking Industry Position Credit Manager Job Location - Balasore ( Orissa ) Experience - Minimum 4 Years Note - We want a candidate who can join with in 45 Days PURPOSE Responsible for monitoring, managing, maintaining good loan portfolio (Secured and hypothecated loan) in the branch /cluster for business as per company policy. Underwriting Secured and hypothecated loan and following all necessary steps for the same. Training to CROs on credit assessment/appraisal approach and certification of CROs Job Profile Good Exposure of Mortgage Loan & Business Loan. Responsibilities Handling Secured & Unsecured Mortgage Loan , Loan Against Property & Business Loan . Credit Underwriting of the proposals for all company products . Credit appraisal of company products Analysis & Verification of credit worthiness of customers through field investigation. Manage & motivate credit & branch sales team Responsible to ensure good portfolio . identifying potential credit and operating risks related to loans. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Enforcement and adherence of the company credit process and policy in the Branches for Secured and hypothecated loans Approval of Secured and hypothecated loans as per policy Approval of deviations as per policy. Approval and tracking of restructure/rewrites Review of portfolio with respect to delinquency/losses/fraud of the portfolio with branch manager Interacting with Branch Managers and Cluster Manager from risk and loss control perspective. Hand holding of branches in initial stages for better understanding of processes including customer assessment, cash flow, CPV etc Professional Experience: 4-5 years total experience in credit function with 2-3 years or more relevant experience in credit approval in consumer finance (LAP/Personal loan/Mortgage/Auto/2W/Consumer Durable) in NBFC/Banks Competencies Expected: Good communication (English and local language) Analytical and logical Good interpersonal skills.
