Talk to us about aligning your passion with our opportunities.LOCATIONThis position is located at our property Aman-I-Khas, Ranthambhore, Rajasthan in India.THE POSITIONThe F&B Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the F&B department to ensure maintenance of quality standards, financial performance and profitability, staff performance and guests satisfaction.Responsibilities Head the team of Batman (butlers) to deliver the Aman service standards. Allocating the guest to the batman for giving the best service to the guest. Looking after the esthetic upkeep of the back area. Preparing purchase requisition for tea, coffee, wine, spirit and other soft beverages which is out of stock or going to be out of stock. Responsible for coordinating with local travel agent regarding jungle safari and other excursions of travel agent guest. Responsible for property show around of outsider guest and travel agents. Responsible for escorting the guest to village and old city tour. Responsible for coordination with housekeeping for magic service and guest special needs which is related with housekeeping. To ensure that the hotel holds all required licenses permits to operate. All insurances stipulated in management contract. To review all proposed contracts for pricing and terms. Ensuring that the hotels interest comes first and is always protected. To maintain close communication with third parties as subsidiary / associate companies, consultants, Auditors, local authorities. Appointing guides for the jungle safari and other excursion according to the guest. Training the team members about the department and other operation.Qualifications Proven working experience as Food and Beverage Manager, preferably in a luxury setting Strong organizational and people management skills Excellent communication skills Proficiency in English, multilingualism will be considered an asset Operational knowledge of Opera and and point of sale systems Ability to work flexible hours Hotel Management degree,
