Job Description

    • Lead Sourcing & Acquisition: Identify prospective borrowers through open-market channels, direct sales, cold calling, and field visits.
    • Partner Management: Build and nurture networks of developers, property dealers, and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to generate consistent lead pipelines.
    • Loan Processing & Consultation: Meet with prospects to explain loan products, assess financial eligibility, and guide them through documentation and property valuation.
    • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with internal credit, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth file processing and timely loan disbursement.
    • Portfolio & Risk Management: Monitor account health, support collections during defaults, and cross-sell additional financial products to existing clients.
